After having lab results from 3 hospital stating that there's no abnormalities in Marc's anus, Mrs Theresia still tried to find the culprit.
Mrs Theresia has already told "the scenario" of Marc's sodomy incident in the police report and in the RSCM lab report (visum et repertum)
Mrs Theresia's story version about Marc's sodomy incident denied by lab result didn't make her down.
Mrs Theresia relied only on the lab result about virus suspected as Herpes as her asserting opinion. She presevered to geeting the culprit.
Just by perception of Marc's refusal on wearing pants, so the indicent analysis came to toilet as the crime scene. According to Marc, the bad guy wore blue apparel, which meant cleaner.
Then Mr Theresia ask for the school to prepare supporting data especially cleaner's photos under PT. ISS at that time.
The clue Mr Theresia got from Marc was: He and She (2 persons). For the she, she is like you mom (physically)
On 25 March 2014, 30 photos of ISS cleaners worked in JIS were delivered by one of JIS employee to Marc's house.
Persuaded by his mom and helped by that JIS employee, Marc was given those 30 photos to choose who the bad guys were.
Marc was confused, he pointed at almost all of the photos. There were photos which he pointed at twice or three times. Both the mother and JIS employee got confused as well.
Finally, it's agreed to narrow down from 30 to just the photos of cleaners who ever worked in the toilet near Marc's classroom.
It was narrowed down again to 11 photos of the cleaners. Marc pointed at 3 females in the photos whom one of them looks like his mom = Afrischa.
The School wasn't in dispair, from 11 cleaners who worked near Marc's classroom, evidently there were 3 cleaners who worked here consistently.
2 females and 1 male. According to Mr Theresia, there were 1 male and 1 female, so 2 names were taken from the photos. This is the beginning.
Accordingly, Afrischa and Agun appeared as the suspects who sodomized Marc only from his testimony ????
Mrs Theresia ask the school to arrest Afrischa and Agun soon but the school refused because it's not the school's authority.
Mrs Theresia was little disappointed, she said "I will ask for my good friend who is a law enforcer too to help."
Report process was done by the mother to Unit Renakta Polda Metro Jawa. (Initial report was to Yanmas)
Mrs Theresia only included lab result from SOS Medika Clinic in the report that her son was infected by venereal disease (Herpes) so it's certainly sodomy.
RSCM Lab result was not included in by Mrs Theresia because the result didn't conclude that Marc's anus is abnormal. Herpes is enough.
Renakta was also dragged by Mrs Theresia's remarks that Marc's certainly infected by Herpes, venereal disease. They didn't read thoroughly.
Because the police has been comtaminated by the mother's stigma, therefore the police advised to re-examine in another hospital (RSPI)
Here is where the big scandal happened in JIS case. there were 2 visums issued for 1 case. The mother made a made-up visum.
As I said yesterday, this Lab Result from RSPI will be the new evidence to exenorate the convicts. I'll talk about it later.
Continue to the search of suspects first okay? Afrischa's and Agun's name were both already in the police. Arrest had to be conducted.
1 April 2014, Marc was interrogated by the police at his house. And they, together with the police, asked for permission to look over the crime scene in JIS.
The Police and Mrs Theresia went to JIS and then reckonstructed the sodomy incident based on the mother's story, including the incident in the toilet.
Here is the appearance of Mrs Theresia when doing "the reckonstruction" of her version to the police in the crime scene.
After reckonstruction was finished, summons letter for Afrischa and Agun were issued. Call scenario for these 2 persons was made.
Afrischa and Agun said the pick-up process was done by trapping them. They were picked-up and told to work in JIS Kindegarten building.
Picked-up by JIS School bus, in middle of the way to school, they were transferred to the police car waiting on the side of the road.
Afrischa and Agun were brought to Polda Metro. It's said that their status was still a witness. When they were told that they were witnesses, they said "Why us only?"
Agun said "Plase call Virgiawan aka Awan as witness as well since we're working together at that time." Finally Awan was summoned too.
Virgiawan was picked-up by JIS employee together with the police at his house. Finally, it's three of them in Polda Metro Jaya.
Afrischa was interrogated in the separate room, while Agun and Awan were in the same room. Interrogation then started. This is really tense.

I have to hold my breath too in this interrogation episode because the story is quite horrible. If you're under-age and unable to endur the sad story, please just skip this.
