JIS Criminalization Case -- The Cleaners' Life Part I -- by @kurawa #Sinetwit #Justice4Innocent

Next, I will tell the story about the cleaners' life experience. I have visited their house to see them by myself.

Happy weekend.. Do you want #JIS criminalization story tobe continued? But today is the relax version. In 30 minutes I'll delete the photos in Instagram.

Be ready. I'll start the #JIS story. You wouldn't find the news anywhere else because I directly visited the cleaners' house.

I have uploaded Late Azwar's photo in Instagram, I'll tell about his life story later on.

I wanted to see how the cleaners' daily life before they were assigned as suspects so the suspicion and motive can be revealed.

After assigning these 5 people as suspects (1 died), the police stopped assigning other as suspect.

According to their confession, there was indeed an effort to "ask for other names" but wasn't done in sadistic way, and the police let it go.

Lucky for those cleaners who were mentioned by the investigator but denied by five of them. If it were to happen, there would be 10.

After BAP (Investigation & Interrogation Report) process has finished, these five were revealed to the news media taking into account that news about Azwar's death was spread out.

This five were forced to attend the press conference and to admit all the crime. But, how about their bruised and broken face?

Finally, they were forced to wear masks to cover their face condition at that time. This is the photo:

They were prohibitted to say anything at the press conference. Just nodding if asked. There must be question of "Are you the criminals?".

After the brief press conference, they told how painful the blasphemy from the journalists was, curses and swearings.

So, those journalists contributed indirectly to this #JIS criminalization. Then the negative news about them were spread out.

When I asked about the bully from the journalists, they just said this is the toughest punishment they will get. The society will judge them.

"The PERCEPTION" from journalists finally formed the opinion of the society and court that these five were guilty without observing the evidence.

I skip the trial, now I want to repot my visit to these cleaners' house.

First house to visit was Zaenal's, located in Kedaung, Ciputat. It's very modest house. His father is originally from Cirebon. His mother is native to Jakarta (Betawi).

This is the appearance of Zaenal's parent, lucky they were agreed to take photo :) Thanks Sir and Madam.

Zaenal was the family contributor. He worked as cleaner and gave his income to the family. According to his parent, Zaenal worships diligently.

After working as cleaner (got home by 2-3 pm), Zaenal has a side job as an Ojek because his salary in ISS was too low.

According to his mother, Zaenal had a weak physic when he was a kid. Zaenal could walk by himself  when he's approaching 6 years old. He has bone abnormality.

That's why he is the fastest one to "confess" in the police interrogation, it took him 20 minutes only to "give up" because of his physical limitation.

God is the God of infinite justice. With his limitation, Zaenal is determined to earn for a better living.

With his minimum income, he is determined to continue his study to university. He asked permission from his parent.

That's why Zaenal worked so hard to earn extra money from Ojek. He insisted to go to university.

When he's arrested by the police, Zaenal was in his 5th semester in a private university. What an incredible determination from this kid to have a better life.

According to his father, Zaenal wasn't shy of his friends in university. No problem about his job as a cleaner and an Ojek. What matters is I have to graduate.

Zaenal resisted to have girlfriend. To him, having a girlfriend meant having to spend money. The most important thing for me is to mantain my parent first.

Zaenal's father and mother always remain him to worship God. Don not leave sholat (Prayer) and he did all as his devotion.

The combination of working, studying, and praying exists in Zaenal's very modest house. He rarely played. His friends often came to his house.

Zaenal has an married elder sister with economic limitation. I had an opportunity to meet his sister too.

When the police picked Zaenal up and assigned him a suspect, it's like a small doomsday to his parent. They are so sure it's impossible.

I also looked at and monitored Zaenal's neighborhood. There are many children. There's no oddity in Zaenal's attitude towards children.

Zaenal sometimes tought the children to read Koran (Al-Qur'an). There's no special incident. Local people regard him as a good man.

Zaenal's parent are so proud of him. He still experiecnced his bone abnormality up to high school. There's one story.

When he was in high school, he suffered from his bone abnormality but he still insisted to go to school, therefore he asked his father to piggyback him to school.

I couldn't confirm it to his schoolmates. But the story from this tearing father of Zaenal was enough to convince me about this story.

The love between this parent and son defeats all ego as human. His parents were really shattered when Zaenal was accused of sodomy.

In his first visit to see Zaenal in Polda, he was so angry to see black-and-blue Zaenal. He's so hysterical to protect Zaenal.

He was crying to see Zaenal's condition, "Tell me, who have hit you, Nal?" Zaenal kept silent. He didn't want his father into trouble.

Finally, his father tell Zaenal: "Zaenal, God entrust you to me and your mother with all of His tests. If He is willing to take what He has entrusted back here..."

"... then you have to acquisce His will, will you? You have to always remember God (Istighfar)." His father could only pray for him.

After Zaenal was officially arrested, then all the expenses will be on his father. Now, the father works as an Ojek, but was beaten by Go-Jek.

With help from rooters' donation, Zaenal's mother is now selling gado-gado in front of his house to cover the lesser income from Ojek.

Zaenal's father asked me a favor "Gentleman, please help us to free Zaenal. He is innocent. I'm willing to even kiss your foot."

Enough for today's story. Take break. I haven't had my bath and meal. I'll continue on the other cleaners' story later on.

My message for you: everytime you finish reading this cleaners' life story, always pray for them. Your pray is effective if you honestly ask for God to protect them.
