When Agun Iskandar first came to Polda Metro Jaya, he was asked if he knew this photo of the kid (Marc). Agun replied "I don't know him".

Afrischa was asked the same question too, she also replied "I don't know him". They observed the photo twice and still were unable to recognize him.

Investigator said to them not to dodge. This kid (Marc) pointed at both of your photos and was scared. (refering to the previous photo)

Agun then was taken to RS Bio Medika (Hospital) at the side of Kebon Jeruk tollway for blood and urine test from his urinary meatus by chemical.

It was very painful at his urinary meatus when it's rubbed by cotton bud. He didn't know it was for what kind of test.

After that, Agun was taken back to Polda. On the way, Agun still asked "Why me, Sir? There are many cleaners working in the toilet."

Virgiawan's name (Awan) was mentioned by Agun besides other names he knew. Including 3 other names who later were arrested too.

That day Awan was coincidentally sick so he took rest at home. But, from the police report, he was said to hide (hiding at home).

Awan too was picked-up the same way as others. From ISS management (his employer) he was informed that he had to go to work.

The process was the same as Afrischa's and Agun's. On the way, Awan was dropped and picked-up by police investigator then taken to Polda Metro Jaya.

Upon arriving at Polda, Awan was also asked "Do you know this photo (Marc)?" "I don't know him, Sir" Awan replied. Awan, same as Agun, was taken to Bio Medika too.

After being examined, he was taken back to Polda. Awan saw Agun and Afrischa. He asked "Why are you here Gun?" then Agun replied "I don't know, Wan".

In the evening around 15:30, Afrischa, Agun and Awan was lined up at the motorcycle parking lot. The investigator said that Marc wanted to see them from the glass room.

Noone knew what happened in that dark glass room. Around next 15 minutes, they were separated. Only Awan was left.

"Hey you dog, did you do it?" Awan replied "I didn't do it for God's sake, Sir." He was punched at his face several times until he tore his lips.

"Hey you monkey, your vow's not working in here." Awan was asked to take off his pants and to backside up and was threatened for his anus to be poked by steel pipe.

"Will you confess or not?" Awan moaned "I didn't do it, sir." Then his genital was kicked. "I'm disgusted to see yours". Then Awan put on his pants.

After that, Awan entered the middle room where Agun was there. Agun saw Awan's torn lips, then Agun was taken to the back side.

After around 20 minutes, Agun was out from the room with same face and lips condition as Awan. Bruised and torn and bleeding.

Then three of them were places in separate room. Intimidation and torture continued until the Maghrib call for prayers (Adzan Maghrib). They were still holding on.

They were given their dinner. Torture still took place at dinner. They still said "I vow For God's Sake."

"You know what? You sodomized my nephew, monkey!! You better confess soon." Punches hit them and they were hit by steel chair.

At 00:30 Awan was limp and couldn't hold it anymore, finally he answered Yes forcefully.

"Was Agun in?" Awan answered "Yes, Sir." Then Awan's confession was used to Agun in the same way as him. (no need to detail it again, right)

Before I continue to the next story, I got this interrogation story directly from them and from their Defense Letters in the trial.

These are proofs of their Defense Letters and Virgiawan's letter written in their Defense Letter in Jaksel District Court (PN).

The morning after Awan and Agun have confessed, Afrischa was released and permitted to go home.

Agun and Awan were taken to prison at Polda. Day by day they endured the torture. Then the letters of Termination of Employment Relationships for them were issued.

ISS asked the two of them "Did both of you do it?" they replied "No, Sir." Unfortunately ISS management didn't care about it. No advocacy.

There's no advocacy for their employees such as laywer for the case. ISS "washed their hand" off with those Letters of Termination of Empoyment Relationships

Agun and Awan were again taken to RS Kramat Jati (Hospital). Before going to hospital. They were forced to read and to memorize the Investigation & Interrogation Report (BAP).

Upon arriving at RS Kramat Jati, Awan and Agun had to tell all according to Investigation & Interrogation Report (BAP). They underwent anoscopy, steel instrument was inserted to their anus.

According to them, after having anoscopy, it was extremely painful. And it was always bleeding for 3 days when they were defecating.

According to Awan and Agun, there was someone from LPSK (Witness & Victim Protection Agency) visiting them. Probably, because there was report from the family who saw their condition.

When they were asked by LPSK member, they're helpless, there's fear if they told the truth, the effect would be fatal.

On 24 April, Awan and Agun were asked again. "Who else?" "I don't know, Sir." They endured the torture again. "Wan, was Afrischa in?"

"Wan, Are you dating Afrischa?" "No, Sir." "No need to hide it." Finally, by the same process as before, Awan finally answer Yes.

After Ica's name was mentioned, finally Awan and Agun, who were in very limp condition, were taken into 1 room and were asked again "Who else?"
